This guy's a tool. Don't talk to him. I don't care if sometimes he says he likes you or loves you or whatever. If he doesn't show it, he doesn't mean it. Ignoring you and lying are not signs that he cares, and you clearly already know this. Stop wasting your time on him. I have no reason for why he's acting the way he is. It doesn't make sense for anyone to ask someone they dislike to go somewhere with them. That's bizarre. But no matter how often he may ask you out, if he doesn't show you in other ways that he likes you then he doesn't. If a guy is really interested, then he'll have time for you and treat you with the respect you deserve. And you DO deserve to be respected.
