Has anyone ever heard of encoprieses? Its a disiorder of soiling in children?

I have a son who is going to be 15 and still soil's his pants, Needless to say it is enbaring to him and me. Any ideas? Since he was a baby we have had problems, and have gone tru all the test and medications , nothing has worked.
