Computer experts, i need help!?

Openoffice is probably the cheapest and fastest, though I'm not sure if it has all the same features. If I remember right Mac publisher is based on the windows version, so if you have microsoft office, it comes with Microsoft publisher on it. It should also help with the compatibility of the file.
