I'm not sure if this is physics or chemistry or both.?

What is the difference between atmospheric air, lets say at 1000 feet with a relative humidity of 50%, to pure nitrogen. Is there a difference in how much will leak through a compact membrane and is there that much a difference, through temperture change, with expantion.
