How to get started- Jehovah's Witnesses International Preaching Work?

I am a young married sister looking to expand my ministry. It has always been a goal of mine to help out establishing Kingdom Halls in foreign lands needing istance in the English. I heard of some Witnesses that went to places like Cabo San Lucas, Playa del Carmen, Belize, and other places in Mexico and Central America. If you have any information on this is would be helpful. Or if you, or someone you know is in another country helping out please let me know. My husband and I would like to do this and we really dont know where to get started. It would be nice to meet up with another brother or sister that is or has done this. How do I get started? Which areas need istance in English? Any info is helpful. Thankyou.
