Strawberry's and garlic?

I have plated and keep these plants indoors they started growing like mad. But in the last couple of weeks the growth has stoped and the plants are wilted and very pale.I got excited and planted a little early and have to keep indoors most of the time a few hours of sunlight a day is all they get. Should I keep trying with these plants or just up root whats there and start anew when the weather warms up a bit. With the strawberrys I used bare root plants so just cause there is no green on top is it likely that these plants will recover and produce normaly?
