Is it possible that i treated Ich too late?

Ich isn't treatable until the white spots fall off the fish. I'm not sure what medicine you used but a lot of medications kill the good bacteria in your aquarium. That being said, are your water parameters where they should be? Your medications could have killed the good bacteria causing your tank to go through a mini cycle. Your fish could be suffering from ammonia or nitrite poisoning. Did you take the carbon out of your filter before treating the tank? carbon will remove the medication from the water very quickly.
