Help! Need help finding remedies for female cat urinating around the house!!!?

Shes 1yr old female calico cat. Spayed 2 mths ago. we thought since we hadn't neutered her yet that thats why the problem was occuring. Now she's "fixed" and the urinating problem isn't. She goes on clothes, couches, her bed, our bed, and once in a while her actual litter box. I am pretty sure its nothing medical like a UTI. Tried a pheromone spray, they said helped deter the problem, with no help at all. No new pets, no new furniture, no new food; absolutely nothing new in her lifestyle or in the house. We even caught her in the act and tried "rubbing the nose in it." Gosh we are going crazy. Please anyone have any suggestions?
