So preventive measures like: Stop smoking if he had been a smoker; Reduce serum cholesterol level and maintain it below 200 mg/dL; Keep fasting serum triglycerides level below 180 mg/dL.; Do brisk walking everyday at least for 30 to 45 minutes for 5 days in a week; Doctor would have already given a blood thinner like aspirin to be taken everyday. Leave him to the team of cardiologists again. Omega 3 intake will reduce the cholesterol level and keep the artery healthy.

Need help decorating master bedroom..?

I am trying to decorate our master bedroom..So far we have a dark brown suede bedspread and camel colored curtains..I have bought some western style decorations that are brown and have old world crosses and blue crystals..I would like to do a brown and turqouise color palette? The walls are currently white what color should I paint them? any suggestions are appreciated
